Live Arrival Guarantee (“LAG”)

If you are interested in any of the axolotls that you see, and you would like insurance, please DO NOT check out online.
Instead, please contact us directly. We will need to work with FedEx through their small business department or via “RedLine Shipping” as an insurance medium. Unlike other axolotl breeders, we are not vouching for a shipping company with our own money. We are using a legitimate form of actual insurance. This protects both us, and you the buyer. Most importantly, it keeps the axolotl as safe as possible! Using LAG, makes only FedEx responsible for the live arrival of any axolotl for sale on our site.
Rest assured that if we use RedLine, they only handle the insurance brokerage and the label creation. All physical shipping is still done through FedEx exclusively. In the extremely unlikely event of an issue, the entire order cost will be covered. 

**NOTE: Axolotls are tied to Market value in regard to insurance coverage. we will cover the difference between “market value” and what you paid, if anything at all.
